A little clarity before
your appointment.

A 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are refundable when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Appointments changed within 24 hours may result in the deposit being forfeited.

We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service total. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full payment in advance for future appointments.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your service being shortened, modified or cancelled depending on our schedule. If an appointment is cancelled due to a late arrival, your deposit may be forfeited and applicable fees may apply.

Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without losing your deposit. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in your deposit being forfeited.

If you experience a service-related issue such as lifting or chipping within 4 days of your appointment, please contact us with a photo so we can assess the issue.
Approved service-related repairs will be completed at no additional charge. Damage caused by picking, biting, improper removal, excessive force, misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Due to the nature of our services, completed services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 4 days so we can discuss your concerns and determine an appropriate solution.

Please disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, medications, medical conditions or previous reactions that may affect your service.
This includes reactions to nail products, adhesives, wax, tint, lash or brow products. Services may be modified or declined when necessary for your safety.

Please let us know if you have existing product from another salon. If removal is required, please select the appropriate removal service when booking.
If you're unsure which service to book, please contact us before your appointment. Additional time or fees may apply for removal, repairs or additional services.

Nail art pricing is based on the complexity, detail and time required. Inspiration photos are welcome and can help us determine the appropriate service level. Designs may vary slightly depending on nail length, shape and available space.

Please arrive with clean lashes and brows and avoid makeup, oils or heavy skincare products around the treatment area before your appointment.
Please disclose any previous reactions to adhesives, tints or lamination products. Patch testing may be recommended or required for certain services.

Please arrive with clean skin and avoid applying oils, lotions or heavy products to the area being waxed.
Please disclose any medications, skincare products or treatments that may increase skin sensitivity. Waxing may need to be postponed if the skin is irritated, sunburned, broken or compromised.

Stardust Beauty Studio is a private, appointment-based space. We ask that clients attend appointments alone whenever possible.
Additional guests and children may not be permitted unless arranged with the studio in advance.

Stardust Beauty Studio is appointment only. Walk-ins are not available. Please use our online booking system to schedule your appointment or contact us if you need assistance choosing a service.

Payment is due at the time of service unless your appointment has been prepaid. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added to your service total.

Stardust Beauty Studio gift cards are valid for services at Stardust Beauty Studio only. Gift cards purchased through another business or location are not valid unless otherwise stated.

We love sharing our work! With your permission, photos or videos of your completed service may be taken for our website and social media. We will respect your preference regarding whether your images can be used for promotional purposes.
